Sudevi has been a partner at the firm since 2010. She represents corporations and insurers in defence of civil liability claims. Her specialization is in the defence of professional liability (pharmacists, lawyers and independent adjusters), in addition to occupiers and motor vehicle liability matters. Furthermore, Sudevi has experience in large environmental contamination cases, oil spill cases, product liability cases, property damage claims, and providing coverage opinions. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Sudevi worked at a prominent Canadian Insurance company.

Sudevi has been involved in appeals and motions before the various levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Her court experience includes motions and trial work with appearances before the Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal and various administrative tribunals. She has conducted both jury and judge alone trials. In the Fall of 2014, Sudevi conducted a 3 week jury trial and was successful at trial, with the Plaintiff shut out on liability and damages in a personal injury claim. 

Sudevi was a former president of the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto and is an active member in the South Asian community in the GTA.
