Myron is a privacy and information technology lawyer and a member of the firm’s Business Law, Technology, Privacy & Data Management and Emerging Technology Groups. He works with both domestic and international clients on corporate commercial matters, with a focus on technology law, cyber security and privacy.
Myron provides strategic counsel to clients on various complex technology matters relating to IT procurement (traditional and agile methodologies), licensing and commercialization, app development, e-commerce, cyber security and the protection of intellectual property rights. He also advises on legal issues relating to blockchain technology and smart contracts, health technology and artificial intelligence.
Myron works closely with startups and emerging technology companies on business formations, financings, joint ventures, and technology related mergers and acquisitions, and he provides mentorship and guidance to this community through several accelerators and business incubator programs.
With an M.B.A. concentrated in Entrepreneurship, Myron is well-positioned to understand his clients’ business needs and to provide a practical approach to their legal issues.
