Myron is a privacy and information technology lawyer and member of the firm’s Business Law and Technology, Privacy & Data Management Groups. He advises both domestic and international clients on corporate commercial matters with a focus on technology law, cyber security and privacy.

Myron provides strategic advice to clients on various complex technology matters relating to outsourcing, IT procurement (traditional and agile methodologies), licensing and commercialization, fintech, app development, e-commerce, cyber security and the protection of intellectual property rights. He also advises on technology related mergers and acquisitions, business formations, financings, and joint ventures.

Myron regularly acts for startups, entrepreneurs and emerging technology companies and also provides mentorship to startups through various incubator programs.

With an M.B.A. (concentration in Entrepreneurship), Myron is well-positioned to understand his clients’ business needs and to provide a practical approach to their legal issues. A skilled relationship builder, he offers his clients customized solutions that further their business objectives.
