Darryl is a partner in Torkin Manes’ Commercial Litigation Group and acts as advisory counsel to his clients in relation to their business affairs, operations and strategies. In addition, Darryl acts as lead counsel before all levels of the courts, on arbitrations and mediations as well as many administrative and regulatory tribunals and commissions in a wide array of complex domestic and international business and financial litigation.

Between 2007 and 2009, Darryl was the President of the International Alliance of Law Firms, an international network of selected law firms around the world, of which Torkin Manes is a founding member. Darryl continues to be an active member of the Alliance.

Darryl is also active in various functions within the firm. He has been the Chair of the Litigation Department and the Marketing and Business Development Committee, and currently serves on the firm’s Compensation and Finance Committees.
